(Requires HMBLL registration login.) COMPOSITE BAT MORATORIUM: HMBLL has banned the use of ALL composite barrel bats in all divisions for the upcoming 2012 season. That means that even if they are on the list of LL International "approved" composite bats, they are still illegal equipment at all HMBLL practices and games and, as such, are banned from Smith Field. Composite handles are allowed, but no part of the barrel (interior or exterior) can be composite.
